The only way to get the master code is to default the panel. It will give you instructions on how to default your panel. WARNING!! defaulting panel will erase all programming and you will have to program everything from hand. Its not easy to program with a 5501 keypad(PK5500 is recommended). Also you seem to have wireless devices so you will have to re-enroll them. I would reccomend to have a professional do it. But if you got nothing to lose, go for it. Might be a fun project. The other great thing is that the RFK5500 has the ability to let you name your zones. Once you've named your zones using the RFK5500, you can broadcast those names to the other controllers attached to your alarm system and they'll use the descriptive names as well. Although other controllers can use the zone names from the RFK5500, they are not capable of creating those named zones.
